Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between AffGang Partners (hereinafter "Company”,"Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual or entity ("you", "Affiliate", or "Advertiser") using our platform to promote or advertise gambling-related offers.By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.2. Definitions
- AffiliateA party who promotes offers via tracked links.
- AdvertiserA party who provides offers to be promoted.
- PlatformThe system operated by the Company to manage affiliate campaigns.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of maturity in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to engage in marketing or advertising of gambling content.4. Responsibilities
Affiliates must:- Not promote offers in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
- Use only approved creatives and tracking links.
- Avoid misleading, fraudulent or spammy advertising practices.
Advertisers must:- Ensure that all offers comply with applicable gambling laws.
- Provide accurate offer details, terms, and payout structures.
- Pay affiliates in a timely manner via the Platform.
5. Payments and Tracking
- Commissions are tracked through our integrated tracking system.
- Payouts are subject to thresholds and may be delayed in case of fraud investigation.
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of payout date.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement with 7 days' notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of fraud or violation of this Agreement.7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business, user or performance information without prior written consent.8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit or data.9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws based on the location of the Company and/or the parties to the Agreement. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law.
